The Consumer Protection Authority celebrates the 54th National Day Continuous achievements in the path of comprehensive development

The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) celebrated the 54th National Day today, marking its continuous contributions to Oman’s comprehensive development journey under the visionary leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq. This celebration reflects the steadfast progress towards achieving advancements across various fields while preserving the nation’s achievements. CPA employees have played an integral role in supporting the efforts of state institutions to uphold these goals. The event featured various programs and performances, including poetry recitations expressing pride, gratitude, and loyalty to the builder of Oman’s modern Renaissance. Traditional Al Azi art performances added a cultural touch, while students from a public school participated in a special presentation dedicated to the occasion. His Excellency Dr. Sulayem bin Ali bin Sulayem Al Hakmani, CPA Chairman, delivered an inspiring speech, stating “Our celebration of the National Day is not just a passing occasion but a renewal of the covenant and loyalty, reaffirming our commitment to continue giving. This occasion reminds us of the sacrifices of our founding fathers and inspires us to carry forward the values of loyalty and belonging as we persevere in building and contributing to our nation.” Dr. Al Hakmani commended the achievements of CPA, attributing them to the dedication and hard work of its employees. “The achievements of our esteemed organization over the past year are a source of great pride. Thanks to your sincere efforts, we have achieved an unprecedented success rate in addressing consumer complaints, exceeding 90% in record time. The development of an integrated e-services ecosystem has further enhanced the accessibility and efficiency of our services.” He highlighted CPA's innovative awareness campaigns, which have raised consumer awareness, and the intensified field monitoring efforts, which have bolstered compliance with regulations and legislation. “These remarkable accomplishments place a greater responsibility on us to maintain this high level of institutional performance and strive for even greater excellence and creativity,” he emphasized. The CPA's celebration extended across Oman, reflecting its commitment to working in harmony with various state institutions. With a clear determination to enhance performance at all levels, CPA continues to make significant contributions toward achieving the goals of Oman Vision 2040. Dr. Al Hakmani concluded: “This determination has been instrumental in achieving successes aligned with Oman Vision 2040, as we aim to broaden the horizons of excellence and innovation in all that we do, Al Hakmani concluded”
