The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) in collaboration with the General Automotive Company (GAC) has launched a recall campaign for 151Fuso T-F Canter Euro 5 2023 to 2024 models. To verify the chassis numbers, consumers can refer to the recall site on the CPA’s portal (recall.pacp.gov.om) This recall comes because the LCD device on the instrument cluster software is not suitable for some functions with a programming malfunction resulting in a failure in the display. Therefore, the company will update the software. These recalls confirm the efforts made by CPA in the field of traffic safety in cooperation with auto agencies. They are also in line with its constant keenness to conduct continuous reviews of all products offered in the markets of the Sultanate of Oman to provide the necessary protection for all consumers.
