CPA signs a cooperation agreement with Muscat College to enhance integration between government units and educational institutions

The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) and Muscat College have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration between government agencies and educational institutions in the Sultanate. The agreement, signed by Khalid bin Eisa Al Amri, Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs at CPA, and Dr. Khalfan bin Abdul Allah Al Masrouri, Dean of Muscat College, aims to enhance integration between government agencies and educational institutions in the Sultanate and achieve the shared objectives of both parties. The agreement encompasses several areas of cooperation, including leveraging the expertise of CPA employees in consumer protection to benefit the students of Muscat College. It also involves coordinating training programs based on the available specializations of both parties. Additionally, the agreement facilitates mutual participation in conferences and events, exchange of public awareness materials, and organization of joint workshops and educational training programs. Furthermore, the agreement emphasizes the utilization of the Scientific Research Center at Muscat College and the data available at CPA for research projects and scientific purposes. This collaboration between the Consumer Protection Authority and Muscat College represents an important step towards fostering integration between government entities and educational institutions.
