The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA), represented in the Planning and Follow-up Department in collaboration with Al-Ertiqa Management Consultancy Company, has organized a strategic laboratory targeting its employees in various departments and divisions at the governorate level, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities and achieving the objectives of Oman Vision 2040. In addition to identifying ideas and projects for 2025, interactive discussions focused on enhancing institutional performance and investigating novel approaches to strategic planning and performance management bolstered employee collaboration and effective involvement. Along with several hands-on training sessions and seminars on strategic planning, it also covered how to create initiatives and projects that are in line with strategic directives. Additionally, it featured discussions on the Authority's challenges as well as the most crucial plans and tactics for achieving Oman Vision 2040's goals. The laboratory is part of CPA's efforts to improve staff skills, foster innovation in the workplace, and exchange experiences. These efforts help to create an institutional culture that values collaboration, creativity, and ongoing development. Additionally, the lab helps CPA staff members become more internally capable, which helps them accomplish their strategic goals more quickly and effectively. Furthermore, it raises the standard of services offered to clients in keeping with broader national trends towards the creation of a diversified and sustainable economy.
